About
After completing my costume degree, I pursued a career in theatre, working in various roles within wardrobe departments across Yorkshire and London. Recognizing that my skills in digital embroidery were worth exploring further, I decided to take the leap and invested in my first machine, the Melco EMT16X. This is the same machine and software that I used to create my award-winning costumes for my Final Major Project, showcasing my unique approach to costume design and embroidery craftsmanship.

Costume Experience
Tutu Making
In the summer of 2022, I had the opportunity to complete the Tutu Making for Costume short course offered by Nottingham Trent University. This course was expertly tutored by Jen Baker, who is recognised as one of the few dedicated tutu teachers based in the UK. After finishing the course, I have been able to successfully create both classic and romantic tutus, which have became staples of my commission portfolio.
